DECLARATION OF VICTORY
Ephesians 6:10-18 & Psalm 8:2
Dear God, Righteous Father, when I face enemies in the form of obstacles and challenges that seem greater than me,I will not be afraid. The Lord is with me ! I will not lose heart, panic, or tremble, for God will fight for me against mine enemies, and He will give me victory! The temptations I face in this life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptations to be more than I can stand. When I am tempted, He will show me a way out so that I can endure it. For every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith. With God’s help I will do mighty things; I will trample down mine foes. I will remain strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. I will put on all of God’s armor so I can stand firm against all strategies of evil. For I am not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of this unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in heavenly places. On this earth I will have many trials and sorrows, but I take heart, because Jesus has overcome the world.
